Vince has been Rec Lab's Director since 1990 and seen the transformation from a single gathering to a multi-faceted organization with groups, forums, and events throughout the year and around the world.    Vince has worked in the leadership development field for his entire career and most recently as a global resource to CEOs and their teams, as well as YPO and independent executive forums.  Vince loves adventuring in the outdoors and most always packs a blank chart pad and colored pens.

After 30 years as an Instructor and Director at a private special education school, Mo continues as a Special Education Teacher in Pasadena, California.  Mo has been a Rec Lab Facilitator and Board Member since 1982, and currently provides coaching and training for Rec Lab Moderators and Facilitators to bring their most authentic selves to the task.  Mo loves endurance sports and challenging groups to set ambitious goals in life and work.

Growing up on a family farm in rural Saskatchewan gave Will a commitment taking 100% responsibility in life and simply doing the right thing. Will holds life lightly and is quick to crack a joke that touches on just the right note of self-awareness. Will's early career in sales fit his natural communication style, and his current work leading strategy for a 400 employee sales company in Canada. Will is a designer of great experiences for forums, individuals, and teams. Outdoor activity is a priority for Will, spending his winters skiing and summers trail running, focusing on 200+ mile ultra endurance races.

Derek is a personal empowerment coach and facilitator who helps people find their flow and do it everyday. He has great experience as a Corporate Trainer who created and facilitated leadership development programs to improve engagement and performance. He prides himself on helping people up level their performance over the longterm without sacrificing mental and physical health. He runs retreats to help you unplug from technology and plug into your health and wellness by teaching you the science and practices that can help you become the best version of you. He encourages clients to create community and connection, journaling, and reflection, and nature walks to remove barriers that might be blocking or holding you back and gain a sense of clarity and purpose to know where you want to go.

Dana is an HR strategist and facilitator who helps teams align around purpose. After serving as a Senior HR leader in tech and consumer goods startups, she founded Good Wins HR, partnering with values-driven businesses to build strong cultures and people-first strategies. Dana studied Gastronomy in Italy and loves weaving food and the outdoors into her gatherings. Dana joined Rec Lab in 2023 and brings a creative, fun, and human-centered approach to leadership and collaboration.

Paul is a seasoned facilitator and coach who works with executive teams, individuals, and families to collaboratively chart a path to greater mutual understanding and commitment through experiential retreats, tailored workshops, and one-on-one coaching.  Paul brings a creative touch to experiential learning and a welcoming spirit that invites deep personal sharing and connection.  In addition to his own practice, he guides and mentors Rec Lab Facilitators on their path.

Lisa recently completed a 35-year career in public education and now consults with small school districts and others in the area of instructional excellence.  Lisa has been a Rec Lab Board Member and Facilitator for many years and is a member of a long-standing Rec Lab Forum.  Lisa also coaches Alumni Forum Moderators at UCLA's Grad School of Education.  Lisa shines brightest when she is creating “kicks and giggles” for any kind of group, anytime.

A multi-faceted facilitator, Marcus specializes in corporate culture change, leadership, and personal development, with an emphasis on individual belonging within organizations.   Marcus became involved with Rec Lab in 2019 when he hosted a gathering of European Facilitators to explore and experiment with the idea of virtual forums.  He continues to be involved as an Experience Facilitator.  His favorite line… “Be Good.  And if you can’t be good, be good at it!”
