FORUMs
Forums are ongoing small groups with the shared purpose for growth and support. Following a structured process , members co-create and uphold clear norms, meet consistently, and maintain full confidentiality. Forums members share responsibilities where everyone contributes and participates fully. Rec Lab provides a proven process for launching and supporting Forums sponsored directly by Rec Lab as well as supporting other educational and non-profit groups interested in using Forum in their own organization.
Group EXPERIENCES
A Rec Lab Group Experience is a multi-day gathering of individuals who share a common interest, affinity, or passion. The desire is to play together while openly engaging in courageous self discovery, meaningful conversation, and authentic connection.
LABS
Labs are co-created gatherings in an intentional risk-free environment to practice and build skills. Topics vary and may include experience facilitation, forum moderation, coaching in small groups, using the outdoors to maximize learning, or fine tuning the processes required for creating any type of gathering. Agendas are flexible and determined by the group.
