Welcome to Rec Lab

Forum members decide whether to meet virtually using a video conference platform or live, in a members' home, office, or other location.  Advantages?  Virtual forums can be worldwide and offer broad perspective!  Live forums are in one City or Region and offer closer regular connection.  You pick!  And, most forums mix it up!

Meetings are 3 hours +/- and follow an agreed upon format with a moderator guiding the process.  Each meeting provides a chance to unpack current issues in your life as well as take a deep dive into a specific member topic or issue.  Moderators may be members of your forum or your forum might decide to contract with a paid moderator.  Your call!

How Much does it cost?  Great question!  Rec Lab Forums are self-supporting with fees established by each forum.  That's it!
