Vince serves as Rec Lab's Director and seen the transformation from a single gathering each year to a multi-faceted organization with groups, forums, and events throughout the year and around the world.    Vince has worked in the leadership development field for his entire career and most recently as a global resource to CEOs and their teams, as well as YPO and independent executive forums.  Vince loves adventuring and using the outdoors as a place for learning and connecting.

After 30 years as an Instructor and Director of a private special education school, Mo continues as a Special Education Teacher in Claremont, California.  Mo has been a Rec Lab Facilitator since 2016, and currently provides coaching and training for Rec Lab Moderators and Facilitators, as well as lead facilitator to the UCLA Grad School of Education Forum Program.  Mo loves endurance sports and challenges groups to set ambitious goals in life and work.

Derek empowers people to find their flow, and do it every day! Since 2017, he has served as a Corporate Trainer creating leadership development programs aimed at improving engagement and up leveling performance over the long term, without sacrificing mental and physical health. He moderates small groups of corporate leaders across all industries focused on personal growth, community, and connection. Derek joined Rec Lab in 2024 to lead retreats for HBS Alumni Forums and you can often find him on his Downhill Mountain Bike or playing high level 2-man beach volleyball.

Dana is an HR strategist and facilitator who helps teams align around purpose. After serving as a Senior HR leader in tech and consumer goods startups, she founded Good Wins HR, partnering with values-driven businesses to build strong cultures and people-first strategies. Dana studied Gastronomy in Italy and loves weaving food and the outdoors into her gatherings. Dana joined Rec Lab in 2023 and brings a creative, fun, and human-centered approach to leadership and collaboration.

Paul is a seasoned facilitator and coach who works with executive teams, individuals, and families to collaboratively chart a path to greater mutual understanding and commitment through experiential retreats, tailored workshops, and one-on-one coaching.  Paul brings a creative touch to experiential learning and a welcoming spirit that invites deep personal sharing and connection.  In addition to his own practice, he guides and mentors Rec Lab Facilitators on their path.    

Prescott, Arizona, USA

Lisa recently completed a 35-year career in public education and now consults with small school districts and others in the area of instructional excellence.  Lisa serves on the Rec Lab Board and is a member of a long-standing Rec Lab Forum.  Lisa also coaches and Alumni Forum Moderators at UCLA's Grad School of Education.  Lisa shines brightest when she is creating “kicks and giggles” for any kind of group, anytime.

Sue has over 25 years of experience in social work and is passionate about helping people heal. She’s worked with a wide range of clients, including children and families involved in social service youth foster care, college students, and clients in private practice. She also enjoys teaching and mentoring other mental health professionals as a clinical supervisor, and practitioner in EMDR and Natural Lifemanship.  Sue serves on the Rec Lab Board of Directors.

Growing up on a family farm in rural Saskatchewan gave Will a commitment taking 100% responsibility in life and simply doing the right thing. Will holds life lightly and is quick to crack a joke that touches on just the right note of self-awareness. Will's early career in sales fit his natural communication style, and his current work leading strategy for a 400 employee sales company in Canada. Will is a designer of great experiences for forums, individuals, and teams. Outdoor activity is a priority for Will, spending his winters skiing and summers trail running, focusing on 200+ mile ultra endurance races.

With 25 years in the beauty industry as a hairstylist, educator, and facilitator, she brings an empathetic and humble mind to embrace a wide perspective on life and the understanding of diverse viewpoints.  She's expanded her toolkit of facilitation strategies, and understands that growth and learning takes time! Carrie's strengths as a personal and group coach start with listening and understanding the needs, concerns, and perspectives of those she connects with.  And, you can often find her cuddled up with her dog, Ruby!
