Labs

This is where Rec Lab started!  Leadership Labs have a flexible format and invite all to contribute. The creative arts, movement, outdoor adventures, and group challenges can all be tools for personal growth.  Leadership Labs invite iteration of new and improved approaches applicable to multiple settings.  Leadership Labs promote innovation at its best!

Facilitator Labs focus on the skills necessary to create memorable gatherings for groups to achieve their own stated goals.   Participants experiment, practice and refine facilitation skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

Coaching Labs provide a learning space for exploring 1:1 coaching skills as well as the role of "coach in the room."  Coaches explore, practice, and enhance knowldege through real-world simulations and reflective feedback.

Moderator Labs focus on the skills necessary to hold the structure and agreements in small peer groups, where the moderator is likely also a member of the group.   With a focus on maximizing every moment in a forum meeting, Moderator Labs provide an opportunity to dive deep into each segment of a Forum meeting.

A Virtual Lab is an online learning environment where participants engage in interactive simulations, experiments, and skill-building activities from anywhere in the world.

Laboratories are an opportunity to share and learn through experimentation, practice, and group co-creation.  Affiliated Forums and groups have the freedom to gather in a flexible learning space with any focus related to leadership excellence.  Got an idea?  connect@reclab.org.
