More About Rec Lab Forums

Forum members decide whether to meet virtually, or live in a members' home, office, or other location.  Advantages?  Virtual forums can be worldwide and offer broad perspective!  Live forums are in one City or Region and offer closer regular connection.  You pick!  And, many forums mix it up!

Meetings are 3 hours +/- and follow an agreed upon format with a moderator guiding the process.  Each meeting provides a chance to unpack and explore the emotional undercurrent found in current accomplishments and challenges in your life.  Individual members may also explore specific topics or issues ad gain insight from the forum..  Moderators may be members of your forum, or your forum might decide to contract with a paid moderator.  Your call!

How Much does it cost?  Great question!  Rec Lab Forums are self-supporting with fees established by each forum.  That's it!
